horkos
My first fixed blade of this size, quality and craftsmanship. Will be good for bushcraft or any other task. Kydex sheath is tight, worth the extra money. I went 3 tone black horkos, green handle, tan sheath which matches my kit. This blade will be around for a long time. Will be getting more Spartan Blades in the future.

Horkos knife
This knife surpasses every expectation I had for it. There is a great deal of thought and effort put into designing and crafting these knives, and it shows! My brother has a Harsey Model 2 (now called Difensa) and I am as impressed with my Horkos as he is with his Harsey Model 2! I believe I will be adding some more Spartan fixed blades to the collection. Even something on the larger side like the Difensa and Horkos and so amazingly well balanced it makes you wonder why other knife makers don't do more. The answer is simple, Spartan blades is operated with passion and I am also ecstatic to support a company which is not only American, but also supports and is operated by veterans. Hands down the only place I will be buying knives!

Wow Factor!
I'm a West Point grad and saw the collaboration with the West Point team for design and function. It still exceeded my expectations, and the folks at Spartan Blades were kind enough to laser etch my grad year and class motto. I can't recommend this knife enough for tactical, bushcraft, or EDC uses.

Exactly what i wanted.
From the name to the design to the materials. no chance of rust like with 1095 blades, stays hella sharp. made in the usa. what more could i ask for?

A Well Made Knife
This is a well made knife and feels great in your hand. The handle has a really nice feeling grip and fits my hand perfectly. It is just a good looking knife. I don't typically use my knives for bushcraft. I have them for self-defense and other such practical uses and collection. This knife will fit well with the latter uses.

Before anything else, once you grip this you know you have a substantial piece of metal in your hand. The weight and balance are fantastic. Sharp enough to shave. Co-worker handled it and said he will definitely be looking Spartan Blades.
