Spartan Blades: Custom Knives with a Lifetime Warranty

Shipping Policies:

Shipping to and from Spartan Blades USA is at the customer's expense and varies according to weight, size, shipping type and location.

Spartan Blades will reimburse shipping if it is our error or for bonafide warranty returns.

All items will be shipped insured.

Warranty:

All Spartan Blades products come with a Lifetime Warranty on materials, finish and craftsmanship.

Spartan Blades assumes no liability or responsibility for the mis-use, neglect or poor judgement of a owner / user of our products.

Spartan Blades LLC warrants to the original owner that the knife will be free from defects in materials, finish and /or workmanship. Spartan Blades will without charge, repair or replace, at our (Spartan Blades') option, any knife returned for Warranty work and found to be defective by Spartan Blades. The knife must be shipped by owner, prepaid and insured, together with Warranty/Repair Form, original bill of sale, packing slip, your charge or credit receipt or any satisfactory proof of the original date of purchase. 

Please email contact@spartanbladesusa.com to give formal notice of the warranty return before mailing return, so we can contact you to understand your complaint and insure the prompt resolution of your complaint. Spartan Blades will cover return shipment costs and insurance for all valid claims.

WHAT IS COVERED

This Warranty covers all replacement parts and labor and return shipping for a bona-fide claim.

This Warranty does not cover normal wear, re-sharpening, damage caused by neglect, misuse or the failure to perform normal or necessary maintenance, disassembly of any knife by any person other than Spartan Blades’ Service department may void the warranty. 

Do not use your knife as a screwdriver, pry bar, chisel or punch. Do not throw your knife or use it for any purpose other than cutting. Do not disassemble your knife if unsure of how to properly reassemble. Do not sharpen your knife on a power grinding wheel. Any of these acts will likely void your Warranty. MINIMUM CHARGE TO REASSEMBLE A KNIFE WHEN THE WARRANTY HAS BEEN VOIDED IS $20 PLUS REPLACEMENT PARTS. 

Repair or replacement as provided under this Warranty is the exclusive remedy of the consumer. Spartan Blades shall not be liable for any incidental, reliance, or consequential damages or breach of implied Warranty on this product, including any damage to person or property. Spartan Blades’ liability under any circumstances is limited to the purchase price. Some states do not allow exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitations or exclusions may not apply to you. This Warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state.

This knife has only one use, as a cutting tool. Spartan Blades’ knives carry no warranty except as expressly contained herein. Spartan Blades disclaims all warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose other than for use as a cutting tool. There are no warranties which extend beyond the description contained herein.

Return Policy:

Spartan Blades USA is dedicated to customer satisfaction. If your purchase does not fulfill your needs for any reason, you can return your item for an exchange or refund. Simply contact us to receive instructions on returning your purchase. The following conditions apply:

  • Return must be initiated within 3 working days (mon-fri) of receipt of product by customer.

  • Shipping is non-refundable*

  • A $10.00 Restocking Fee applies (provided item is repacked according to factory standards & without wear)

  • Returns are accepted only on items with a minimum purchase price of $50.00.

  • Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.

  • No resharpening, wear, or use can be apparent upon return to receive credit (must be in original factory condition and package)

  • Lifetime Warranty Claim Returns - Shipping costs will be reimbursed for valid claim.

  • Please contact us by phone or via email contact@spartanbladesusa.com to alert us to your return and the reason for your return. Please include a valid phone #, email and time to call.

  • We will either email or call you with return instructions.

  • Upon valid return receipt of goods to Spartan Blades, we will inspect the item(s) and issue refund to C/C or check as applicable. Normal inspection and refund period is less than 3 working days.

    Note: Any automatic knife (button activated spring-opening) returned for Warranty service from outside of North Carolina must be returned through the an Authorized Spartan Blades Dealer, from which the knife was originally purchased. No exceptions will be made.

    Automatic knives will be returned in compliance with Federal statutes
