Pallas “Black Out” Button Lock / Thumb Stud / Flipper
In the ancient Greek world of the Spartans, Pallas (/ˈpæl əs/) was the Titan god of war. When you look at this knife, you can see why it bears the same name. The Spartan Blades Pallas Flipper Folding Knife features a formidable CPM S45VN steel blade, which is housed in an aerospace aluminum frame using a set of alpha bearings.
With our handcrafted Pallas Folding Knife, there’s no need to worry about accessing the blade quickly and easily in a pinch. Thanks to Curtis Iovito’s custom design, the Pallas’ blade can be opened with a quick flick of the flipper tab or thumb stud.
On top of being a fast opening folding knife, the Pallas Button Lock / Thumb Stud / Flipper can be carried securely tip-up in your pocket thanks to our signature titanium arrow clip. This knife will last for years, too: every piece of hardware (including the spacers, screws, button, and thumb studs) is constructed from 100% stainless steel. Note: this knife is not an automatic opener.
Our “Black Out” version of the Pallas features a black tungsten blade with DLC (Diamond-Like Coating), a stonewashed frame and clip, and a black mil spec anodized frame.

Practical Folding Knife, Superb Build
This is my second Pallas, my first one is an SV45 stonewash-finish blade, and I like it so much I bought the second with Magnacut. I love the handling of the knives, I can pull and flip open one-handed, and press the button to close with one hand as well. Sharp for a thick blade, substantial for hard cutting jobs. I like both of these knives very much, and they are heirlooms that I'll will to my two sons.

Overall fit and finish is great. Only issues I have are personal and a little nit-picky. Centering was slightly off and the blade has lock rock. For a $300 knife, I believe these issues shouldn’t have made it past QA. Besides that, the knife is amazing.

Well made knife. I like a flipper. It's nice that it has a button lock instead of the usual liner lock. Also a good price.

Good, but...
Anticipated getting this one for a while. First Spartan blade. Functions perfect, I was just a little disappointed with the finish of the anodized scales. Blade extremely sharp but I have seen better edges aesthetically. Just expected a little nicer for the money spent.

Great pocket knife at this price range
The size of this knife is great for pocket knife, It's not heavy to make you uncomfortable, also it's not that much light you think you don't carry a knife, It has a perfect weight for pocket knife, I really like the ways you can open it ( 4 different ways ) and you close it just one way.
