    Pallas in S45VN

Posted by MEL on Sep 15th 2020

I like this knife in s45vn. The action on the button lock is very smooth. It feels really good in the hand. Razor sharp blade. This knife carries well in the pocket, I prefer a deep carry clip.
The stonewash finish on the blade is perfect.

great knife. Grind the edge down further at the start of the edge. Mine will cut you good if you miss the flipper.

    Pallas Button Lock

This is my first Spartan Blade. I like the Button Lock feature, the size and the feel of the knife. Does any of your folders come with a G10 handle?

    Underrated

I’ve carried quite a few different brands of knives throughout my life. Not even benchmade can hold a candle to the quality and durability of these knives. Blew my expectations out of the water. Only issue I have is that they sell out too fast.

    Consistently High Quality

I've yet to have gotten a blade from Spartan that isn't the highest quality. Sharper than my razor, and stronger than some of my sharpening stones. This blade, at first a little stiff, fits perfect in my pocket with the clip keeping it readily available and easy to draw. If you are looking for a good decently priced folder, look no further.

Great knife! Perfect size. Very smooth action. Very sharp. Handle texture is perfect! Not so smooth that it slides out of your pocket, but not so rough that it wears through the fabric of your pants.

I feel the handle was light and there should be some assist in the opening but other than that it’s great.

Pallas Button-Lock / Thumb Stud / Flipper

Amongst the ancient Greeks, Pallas (/ˈpæl əs/) was known as the Titan god of war. There couldn’t be a more fitting name for this knife. The Pallas’ beefy CPM S35VN steel blade was designed by master knifemaker Curtis Iovito, and is set in a 6061 aerospace aluminum frame on alpha bearings.

Unlike some folding knives, the Pallas Button-Lock Flipper can be opened with a simple flick of the thumb stud or flipper tab. This makes it easy to deploy the blade when you need it most. This blade isn’t just practical, though: it’s also durable. The handcrafted Pallas Flipper Folding Knife features all-stainless steel hardware, including screws, spacers, thumb studs, and button.

With the Pallas Flipper Custom Folding Knife, you’ll never have to worry about carrying it safely and securely. That’s because this knife features our signature titanium arrow clip, making it possible to carry the knife tip-up while it’s held securely in your pocket. Note: this knife is not an automatic opener.

You’d be hard pressed to find a better customer flipper folding knife out there than the Spartan Blades Pallas.
