Highly disappointed to find the knife with a Taiwan label. At this price point, I would expect made in the USA. Materials feel ok, overall a little let down as the knife doesn’t feel like it should be in the $300 price point.
Typical Spartan blade. Very well built, fit and finish is great. The carbon fiber/FDE is a price bump, but yields a very classy look. The Racelock was a bit of a mystery to me before purchase. After seeing it and using it I think it works quite well. I don't feel it interferes with the opening action, it locks the blade solidly when open, and is easy to operate for closing.
