The blade is tough and corrosion resistant. It is small and great to fit in your pocket when carrying around out in the wilderness. It is very light. I highly recommend this knife to cart around since it is so compact and light as well as tough. This is a great knife, especially for backpackers looking to cut down on their weight but also need a really high quality blade.

2 things. I like the attachment gear better then the previous type. Also the blade snaps tightly into the sheath. No wobbly feeling. The blade is quite secure.
This is a very interesting blade designed beautifully with a skeletal minimalism. It feels good in the hand and it is razor sharp. This will make an excellent blade for EDC and self- defense. You would do well to make the investment.

Received the product a couple of weeks ago. Had a chance to put the Willow through the paces breaking down boxes and edc tasks. It works like we expect Spartan knives to operate. It has found a permanent home in my edc rotation. Well done Spartan Blades.
When I got this knife it was smaller than I anticipated. But the more I am drawing it out and practicing with it the more I am appreciating the small size, the light weight, the concealability, and the design over all. Couple that with the Elmax steal and I think this is a great EDC that fits nicely in your pocket for those jobs where you just need a knife to cut something quick. I normally go for much larger knives like Horkos which I absolutely love, but I am learning that there is an important place for the Willow in my EDC.
