Before anything else, once you grip this you know you have a substantial piece of metal in your hand. The weight and balance are fantastic. Sharp enough to shave. Co-worker handled it and said he will definitely be looking Spartan Blades.

This is a beautiful blade! It came sharp as hell outta the box. The kydex sheath is excellent as well. The only thing I could knock it for is the handle thickness. Ive got large hands and when I grip the blade it just feels a tad thin. But overall I am impressed with the quality/ fit and finish... I will be buying more blades from Spartan for sure

Absolutely up to the tasks. Finish is flawless but the sharpness I would have perferred a bit more edge but it is satisfactory. I will be buying more. Kidex is pretty good. I would perfer molle strap adaptor but this can be remedied.
