    Phrike knife

Published by Alex Busch on Jul 4th 2017

I am very pleased with this knife. For years I carried different large knives while I was in the military and now in law enforcement as a K-9 security team leader and sniper. I first bought my son one as a gift and was so impressed that I got me one. It is the right size for what I need to do with a knife.

Just a ps. Mark and Curtis are two wonderful guys with tremendous integrity and commitment to their mission, which is to make the best custom knives on the market. While so many other custom knife makers are too busy to talk with a potential buyer, these two guys will go out of their way to help you find the best blade for YOUR mission. This is why I keep coming back to Spartan again and again.

    Ultimate in Artistry

Published by Edward Shattuck on May 16th 2017

The Phrike is in my opinion the best concealed carry fixed blade made for defense/utility I have ever owned. The ergonomics are flawless. The grip has no match that I am aware of, and it's flatness make it the ultimate in it's class. Don't tolerate mediocrity. Invest your money in a sure thing that you will hand down to your grandchildren. Buy this knife!!

    Exquisite Utility

Published by W. David Walls on Apr 8th 2017

Just received my new Phrike and once again have been very impressed by the quick delivery, excellent packaging and superb customer communication, from status emails to the hand written note on the bottom of the packing slip. The knife itself, like the Enyo I previously ordered is just a gem: beautifully designed and exquisitely crafted. The Okudan Kydex sheath is equally well crafted and well compliments the quality of the blade. I look forward to carrying this beautiful utilitarian tool every day.

    Great knife

Published by Mike on Mar 24th 2017

Very fast shipping. This is a great knife, perfect size for outdoor use. My only issue is the snap on the nylon sheath is very hard to re-snap one-handed while the knife is on your belt, very tight fit. Will definitely get the kydex sheath when back in stock. All quality work, and very sharp.

    PHRIKE - The Review

Published by Unknown on Mar 3rd 2017

To me, details are everything! Whether it's character or craftsmanship, it's all in the details. The first thing I did when I opened the box was check the contours for smoothness, look for burrs, find the balance point, and assess the cutting edge. It was all there. Second, but not insignificant, is who I buy from; I would much rather give my money to American vets than purchase some cheap sh*t Chinese or Indonesian garbage. Get the real deal, buy a Spartan Blade!

    My favorite knife

Published by Kris Carlson, Esq. on Feb 28th 2017

The Phrike is the best knife I have used. I whole-heartedly recommend it. I think it's the ideal knife for outdoorsmen. It's the perfect size for a field tool and light enough that you'll never notice the weight no matter how many miles you hike. The handle is comfortable with or without gloves. This is a really well-designed knife, and the flat dark earth blade with tan handle looks spectacular.

excellent quality/ comfortable to carry all day

Published by Unknown on Sep 8th 2016

I purchased the black phrike with the tan handle scales and the iwb sheath. It arrived in no time and as soon as I pulled it out of the box I was instantly impressed with how it felt in my hand. I was a little concerned that it wouldn't be comfortable iwb but I have seen that it is not an issue carrying 1 o'clock in the appendix and really I barely notice it. I would have to say if I had any gripe at all it would be the sharpening from factory not saying that it wasn't sharp because it was. A knife like this deserves a good hone.... That being said I was able to get it to straight razor ( and I do mean RAZOR) sharpness in a few minutes. Over all an excellent knife that I would recommend for an edc in a heartbeat
