Ronin Shinto Trainer
I love how this is offered to pair with the Ronin Shinto, I'm surprised this isn't a more common option. The weight is a little different but apart from that it feels very close to the Ronin Shinto, I really enjoy having a training blade and real blade that feel so seamless.

Shinto trainer
Well the Shinto ronin is a genius knife. Once you get the chance to use it, and I mean really put it through the paces you see how good a knife it is, for survival or fighting, and then have a perfectly matched trainer for use on for perfecting knife fighting skills, well nothing else needs to be said. There are surprising very few reviews on the the Shinto. Maybe it's still too new.

Ronin Shinto Trainer
I have been training in American Kenpo for 40 years now. The Ronin Shinto Trainer is one of the best training knives I have come across. The build and materials are outstanding. It lends to more realistic training. The fact that it is so close to the live blade in feel and balance is a huge plus. Great job!

Shintō trainer
Got the trainer to pair with my Shintō. Very nicely made, as always from Spartan. Feel, weight, and balance are excellent for a training knife. It’s a little lighter than the Shintō but pretty close.

Robin Shintō trainer
Excellent trainer that worked well in class. My only concern was that I would like to see the weight of the trainer match the actual Shintō blade.

Shinto Trainer as quality as the live blade
Ive been training with the live Shinto and the trainer, using the Ronin Tactics online course. The trainer is a quality built tool, feel is same in either hand just as the live shinto does. And its a good looking thing all red and black. Great visible reference.
Spartan-Rōnin Shintō Trainer - This training knife is made to mimic the Spartan-Ronin Shinto in form. While slightly lighter than the real knife, the ergonomics are exact with a slightly shorter blade due to the rounded tip.
