I’ve been getting more in to fix blades and this was the perfect knife for me the shape is amazing the steel is amazing new manufacturing is so amazing, I love this knife so much I get so many compliments when I use it everybody wants one after they use mine!
Just got my knife. I love this design. This is my first knife from Spartan Blades and they do not disappoint. This thing is gorgeous but more importantly an extremely functional blade not just a cool “combat” knife but a real tool that I feel comfortable putting on my kit. On a side note I really Like the name and what it means . I watched a video of Tu talking about Ronin and what led him down his path Thank you for this kick ass blade, for what you have done and what you continue to do

Ill be basing my review on the design, materials, execution of the knife, rather than my personal preferences. Firstly, Spartan makes outstanding tools...the RS is no different. Its performed excellent at every task ive thrown at it, from hacking small vines, to cutting thick wall poly tubing...it sang through all of it. Using 3/16 stock VS the 5/32 they use on blades like the horkos, the tip is more robust. It hasnt been an effortless penetrator, but you can put some stank on it with confidence, thanks to the handle design. The Ronin Shinto will serve you well in just about any area, from general utility/edc, to defense. Personally, id like to see it be just a bit bigger, as i have fat hands, with sausage fingers. It fits my hand with nothing to spare. For its purpose, thats ok, as its not a big blade for hacking/chopping. Ergos, profile/design, materials are all what youd expect from Spartan Blades. Not considering my personal preferences, id give it a 10/10. For a general utility/edc/defensive blade youd be hard oressed to find better
It's a phenomenal blade. It feels amazing in the hand and is perfectly balanced. It's my third blade from Spartan and it is by far one of my favorite companies. Couldn't ask for anything better.
